Frost Me Sweet’s “Free Cupcake Card Program” is designed specifically for businesses as a way to give just a little bit extra for their customers and staff. When you want to sweeten the deal, say thank you, apologize, or just make someone’s day, a Frost Me Sweet Free Cupcake Card is the perfect way to do it!

HOW DOES IT WORK?;

Frost Me sweet will bill you quarterly only for the cupcake cards that have been redeemed. So if your customer never brings them in, you won’t pay for the cupcake. We ask that all first time clients make an initial pre-payment for 50 cards (you can do this with the “add to cart” button above). Once the first 50 cards have been redeemed you will be billed quarterly for an additional cards redeemed. We will return all redeemed cards back to you once we have received payment. The current rate for each cupcake is $3.75 per cupcake versus the current in store purchase price of $4.20 per cupcake. We offer this discount as a thank you for using our business and sharing it with your friends and clients.

HOW DO I GET THE CARDS TO GIVE AWAY?;

You may use whomever you would like to create and print the cards. Frost Me Sweet does not design or create the cards. We do recommend that for the best rate of return the card clearly states it is good for “ONE FREE CUPCAKE” at Frost Me Sweet, and include our address or website so the client can find us easily. You are responsible for having the cards designed, we just ask that you email us a picture of the front and back of the card so that we know to accept it when it begins coming in. You may email that copy to meg@frostmesweet.com.

HOW TO GET STARTED

We require all new accounts to pre-purchase the initial 50 cards using the “add to cart” button above. We will then bill you quarterly noting the cards which have been redeemed and pre-paid for, and any additional cards that are redeemed over the initial 50

PLEASE NOTE:

You are welcome to cancel the program at any time by emailing meg@frostmesweet.com with a notice date of cancellation. At that time we will bill you for all cards that have been redeemed and not paid for up to that point, and will cease accepting any additional cards your clients bring in. Also, as supplies increase our cupcake prices, and the discounted price may also increase. If this occurs, you will be notified with a rate increase letter between January and February of each year. We only raise the prices if needed at that time, one time per year for cupcake card clients. Cupcake cards are subject to WA State tax (8.6%) and tax will be added to all redeemed cupcake cards when billed.
