Booth fees are different based on sizes (please see “Booth Info” below)
There are 3 areas of booths; the front dining room, the back dining room, and the patio
We have dining room tables you can move around and configure how you like. You are welcome to bring folding tables if you prefer. DO bring linens or table covers if you would like to cover the tables. The tables inside are black/dark grey marble with small gold flecks, the tables outside are black metal mesh.
Outdoor Patio area has very large commercial overhead heaters and is covered
All vendors must have a City of Richland Business License
Our cocktail Lounge will be open
Our Bakery will be open
FMS Bistro will have a full menu available
The front (uncovered) patio area will be open for diners (weather permitting)
We will be advertising on Social Media, please share the posts (we will tag vendors, and also highlight different vendors in our stories). Please send a photo and a blurb about yourself for us to highlight you to meg@frostmesweet.com
To drum up more follows for everyone we will be doing a giveaway basket on Instagram for 5 days leading up to the event. The usual will apply (follow all the participants, tag friends, etc..) If you would like to participate in this please email meg@frostmesweet.com with your donated item and it’s value. Then please make sure to bring it with you to the event.
